These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TranLe Holdings LLC ("TranLe," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of SalonAmigo. By accessing or using SalonAmigo — including its booking widget, AI receptionist, SMS notifications, dashboards, and associated websites — you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are using SalonAmigo on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
SalonAmigo is an AI-powered platform that helps salons and similar businesses manage customer bookings, automate appointment communications, and handle inbound phone inquiries. Services include:
By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on the booking form, you agree to receive recurring transactional SMS messages from the salon you booked with, delivered through the SalonAmigo platform operated by TranLe Holdings LLC.
Salon owners and business operators who subscribe to SalonAmigo ("Business Subscribers") are responsible for:

Business Subscriber plans are billed on a recurring basis as described at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
SalonAmigo, its logo, and all related software, content, and materials are the exclusive property of TranLe Holdings LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our name, logo, or branding without prior written consent.
SALONAMIGO IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRANLEHOLDINGS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF SALONAMIGO, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TranLe Holdings LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of SalonAmigo, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to SalonAmigo at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of SalonAmigo after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
